Reservations are per night. Arrival times are from 3:00 PM and departure times are in the morning until 11:00 AM.

Choose between the Non-Refundable, the Refundable or the Flexible Rates. Bookings with the Refundable Rate are refundable up to 11am Greek time 7 days prior to your arrival date. Bookings with the Flexible Rate can be refunded up to 11am Greek time 1 day pior to your arrival date. We understand that travel arrangements can change, so dates can be modified subject to availability and a surcharge may be applied for any price increase according to the rates displayed in the calendar for your chosen accommodation at the time of modification.

Weekly Rate available (minimum 7 nights). The Weekly Rate is applied to all eligible bookings.

Breakfast at Stis Annas, Krithoni Beach is available from 15th June till 15th September.

    Samuel was an amazing host! We had a full, big bowl of fresh fruits, few big size drinking water and a very nicely prepared guide for the Island. There was even a guide in Turkish! We were with our 9 month old baby and he added a crib to our room as well! We had many questions and he responded to each with patience and with full of detailed information. I highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for an isolated but central place to stay.     we first stumbled upon this flat on house it seemed almost too good to be true. There must be a catch! But everything was as perfect as it seemed online.samuel is the most thoughtful, gracious host. He provided us with all the information we needed and showed us around. The flat is just perfect! Kitchen is compact and contains everything one needs. The bed is comfortable, bathroom and terrace and the view are excellent. Location is incredible. Samuel had excellent restaurant recommendations and was of great help. He went way beyond to make our weekend comfortable and memorable. Thanks Samuel and The Velanidies for a wonderful weekend!     A special gem, surrounded by olive trees, great views, stylish, clever & close to beautiful beaches
    Small chic, stylish, with a beautiful quiet location surrounded by green olive trees, with a view of the sea in the distance, away from noise but close enough to walk to several beautiful beaches. This unit, which stands by itself, is new, with all you need. Good internet to work. All the essentials. Perfect to sit outside at the table and soak in the view and the natural setting. Nice beaches in either direction, & close to the chic Mylos restaurant & beaches. I had a scooter, making it easy to go to beaches in either directions, and I walked with the kids to all of the nearby spots, Alinda, Aegia Marina, Platanos, Pandelli, Vromolithos. Great swimming.     Such a lovely, cosy home within olive trees which i adore 🥰 Samuel and Jordi are great hosts, we are very pleased to meet them. They are very kind and they helped us a lot to make our stay wonderful. House is clean , neat and has everything you may need and if you still need anything they are ready to make it possible. It’s a nice and quite area in the island and the house is very close to the beach which is quite nice with wonderful water to swim and to enjoy some drink&snacks under tamarix trees. Shops are also within walking distance. We enjoyed our holiday a lot ! Our home in Leros from now on 😊 we will come back again for sure!
