Important Information

Check in online for a smoother arrival

You must perform check-in to gain access to your accommodation. As the lead guest, you must submit your reservation details and copy of your valid identification (passport or EU national identity card). As the lead guest, you must also provide a valid credit card# for the credit card guarantee* which is required for any damages or any removal of valuables from the property for stays at The Velanidies or at any other associated properties+. When this information has been submitted, you will receive your access code or instructions to meet a representative at your chosen accommodation. Please check that all your details are correct before submitting them.

#American Express cards are not accepted.

*Credit card guarantee is applicable to all reservations. Alternatively, guests can provide 250€ in cash as a deposit which will be returned upon inspection of your accommodation without any damages or removal of valuables. Out of hours guests must provide a credit card guarantee.

+Guests at associated properties with The Velanidies, including Villa Nova Leros, and other associated properties, must submit the lead guest’s details and provide a credit card guarantee.

For stays at The Velanidies and our associated properties, if you have not already paid for your stay with us, please contact us directly 24/7 on +30 697-17-60-123 (Samuel) or on +30 698-57-89-703 (Jordi)

You may have made a last minute booking and not provided your credit card details. You may wish to access the accommodation out of hours due to arrival timings (late arrivals at your accommodation after 00:01 until 09:00; be sure to have included the preceeding day in your reservation, for example a reservation from 23 August till 26 August with arrival on 24th August at 03:35 due to the arrival time of a ferry from Piraeus).
